The temperature is getting hotter as Jio is boosting the subscriber base by providing new affordable plans. To compete to Jio, Vodafone has launched new plans for prepaid users.
After Jio's Happy New Year offer 2018 plans, Vodafone has now introduced Rs. 198 plan to compete with Jio. Vodafone provides unlimited calls, 100 SMS/day and 1GB of daily data limit for 3G/4G network with the validity of 28 days in this plan, curretly.
According to the Associate Director of Vodafone India,
Avneesh Khosla, "As a part of this offer, customers will also enjoy unlimited local and STD calls even while roaming in India. The pack also offers 100 free SMS per day," the statement said. "With 1GB data per day and unlimited calling, the plans will take care of all their (users) communication needs."
The new Vodafone prepaid users will have to pay Rs. 229 to get the same benefit as of Rs. 198 for existing users.
